 Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. 

 Early check-in or late check-outs by 1 hour may be allowed if we do not have other check-outs or check-ins on those days. Please contact us to discuss availability. 

We offer late-late checkouts at either 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM if no new guests are checking in on your departure day. This must be agreed upon and confirmed through payment no later than 11:59 PM the night before your checkout day. A fee of $249 + taxes for a 1:00 PM checkout and $499 + taxes for a 5:00 PM checkout applies. 

 We ask guests to be respectful of noise levels after 11:00 PM. After this time, please move into the theater room if you plan to play music, as it is soundproof and will prevent noise from traveling. 

 No smoking is allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside, but please keep windows and doors closed if you're smoking near the house. 

 Yes, we allow pets. Please keep them off all furniture and ensure they do their 'business' at the front of the property near the trees or on the grass near the gray canvas sheds. Please pick up after your pets. A one-time $50 pet fee applies for each pet. 

No, swimming is not allowed.

 Yes, additional guests are allowed but need to adjust on couches or other furniture. Charges for additional guests are $99 plus taxes per person. 

 We do not offer catering or event management services. We encourage you to work with your preferred vendors to create the perfect event. 

For smaller gatherings, you are allowed to bring your own tent but for larger events and weddings we recommend using our preferred tent vendor.

 While we strive to accommodate your vision, we have guidelines to ensure the safety and preservation of the property. Decorations should not cause any damage. Please discuss your plans with us in advance. 

 Yes, we provide ample on-site parking for your guests.
